Location, fees, and other practicalities

I offer therapy online as well as face-to-face. What will work best for you depends on your circumstances, and we can discuss what suits you best when we meet.

• Sessions are 50 minutes and paid in advance by bank transfer

• 48 hours’ notice is required in case of cancellation or rescheduling

• In-person sessions take place in a calm and comfortable therapy room in Shoreditch, 45 Central Street, London, EC1V 8AB (link opens in Google Maps).

• The fees per 50-minute session start at £75, but I offer a limited number of places for clients on low incomes who need to pay at a lower rate to access therapy

• I offer a free consultation so we both can assess if Bespoke Therapy is right for you
