Location, fees, and other practicalities

I offer therapy online as well as face-to-face. What will work best for you depends on your circumstances, and we can discuss what suits you best when we meet.

• Sessions are 50 minutes and paid in advance by bank transfer.

• 72 hours’ notice is required in case of cancellation or rescheduling.

• In-person sessions take place in calm and comfortable therapy rooms. You can choose between Space To Be You at Mare Street, London E8‍ and City Road Therapy at ‍335 City Road, London EC1V.

• The fees per 50-minute session are £85 for individuals and £130 for couples, but I offer a limited number of places for clients who need to pay at a lower rate to access therapy.

• I offer a free initial 20 min online consultation so we both can assess if Bespoke Therapy is right for you.
