About me

Born in Brazil, I lived in Lisbon for four years, before moving to London in 1995.

With an art background and many years of personal therapy my curiosity took me further in the quest for meaning.

In April 2020, as part of my existentialist psychotherapy training at the New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling, London (NSPC) I began to see clients and from then on it has grown exponentially.

I practice in two languages - English and Portuguese and I have worked with clients of all ages and with diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ clients and people who are neurodiverse. I welcome individuals and couples alike.

My approach

Much like the evocative moment in music that captures the breath of a pianist before their fingers touch the keys, my therapeutic listening is finely attuned to both the physical and emotional environment. My approach, rooted in depth psychology, emphasises the quality of attention with which we absorb, register and psychologically process experiences.
